ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The writ petition has been filed directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2024 to remove the encroachment made in the Government Promboke land comprised in S.No. 7/1, situated at V.P.Chittan Vedarpuliyankulam Panchayat, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that some villagers have encroached the Government land in S.No.7/1 at V.P.Chittan Vedarpuliyankulam Panchayat, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 12.08.2024. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the matter, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2024, by giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as other interested persons, if any, and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, 3/5

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
