This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute by harassing the petitioner and her family members in the pretend of petition enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that already a civil case is pending and petition enquiry has been conducted and closed and hence there is no question of harassment by the respondent. 4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
