[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely, Vasanthi aged about 15 years before this Court and to handover the custody of the detenue to the petitioner.

H.C.P.(MD) No.418 of 2020 Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would state that the girl was already secured by the respondent police and she was produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.
3. In the light of the above, no further order is necessary. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
