RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 8819/2018 dated 30.05.2018 and permit the petitioner to produce common sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi in Crime No. 16 of 2018 on the file of respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8819 of 2018 dated 30.05.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks this Court, to produce common sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Aranthangi.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall produce common sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi.
