This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.01.2016 and proceed with investigation in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no complaint is pending with the second respondent police.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint and the second respondent is directed to enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with law.
