The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer F.C.O.P.No.18 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Erode 1/4

to the Family Court, Madurai and to try along with the H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objections for allowing the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

Recording the same, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed by transferring F.C.O.P.No.18 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Erode to the Family Court, Madurai and to be tried along with the H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2023, pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
