Respondents/Defendants Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District to expedite and dispose the case in OS.NO.244 of 2007. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kodaikanal Dindigul District vide in letter D.NO.715/2025, dated 24.07.2025, this Court made the following order:-

By order dated 17.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.244 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.715/2025, dated 24.07.2025, whereby and where under stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 17.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 17.10.2024.
