PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to waive interest on the petitioner's educational loan based on the petitioner's representation dated 5.8.2014 within the period stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to waive interest on the petitioner's educational loan based on the petitioner's representation dated 5.8.2014 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent will consider the petitioner's case if it is eligible as per norms. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of either side, this Court directs the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's

representation dated 5.8.2014 in accordance with and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
