Challenge has been made to the notice of the 2nd respondent dated 07.03.2023, directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent, vide proceedings dated 31.05.2023, directed the parties to workout their remedy in the pending civil Suit in O.S.No.99 of 2021 on the file of the District Sessions Judge, Thiruvaiyaru filed by the 3rd respondent.
