O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to open the locker No.9 which stands in the name of the petitioner's husband by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2018 and subsequent reminder dated 20.02.2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 20.02.2023, seeking to permit the petitioner to open the locker No.9, which stands in the name of the petitioner's husband. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2023 will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the 2nd respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
