measuring 65 cents at Ward 6, Block 39, Dindigul Town within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2024, for survey and demarcation of the petitioner's property. 2.The petitioner has purchased the property in the year 2011 and the name of the petitioner is also reflected in the Town Survey Land Register even as early as on 20.10.2021. It is only based on the said documents, the petitioner has sought for survey and demarcation.

3.However, learned Government Advocate would submit that an appeal is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer at the instance of one Raja and the same is going to be taken up on 04.04.2025. However, the said Raja is none other than the power of attorney of the vendor of the petitioner.

4.Considering the fact that the appeal is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer and it is going to be taken up on 04.04.2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:

"The Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul, shall hear the petitioner and the petitioner before him namely Raja and dispose of the pending appeal of Mr.Raja, within a period of eight [8] weeks from 04.04.2025. Subject to the decision in the appeal, the petitioner's application dated 04.07.2024, for survey and demarcation shall accordingly be ordered / rejected."

There shall be no order as to costs.
