ORDER

The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.115 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, is the revision petitioner herein. The revision petitioner filed the said H.M.O.P., for dissolution of marriage with the respondent. In the said H.M.O.P., the respondent filed I.A.No.103 of 2016, claiming interim alimony. Two children were born through the wedlock. One child is with the husband, while the other is with the wife. The Court below, by the order impugned in the civil revision petition, directed the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- to the respondent and another sum of Rs.7,000/- for the child residing with the respondent. Thus, in all, a sum of Rs.14,000/- was ordered to be paid to the respondent. The petitioner was also directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards educational expenses of the child residing with the respondent.

It is seen that this Court, by order dated 08.06.2018, has directed the petitioner to pay the arrears from the date of filing of petition, by calculating the amount at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month and also directed the petitioner to pay future maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month, till the disposal of this petition. This Court has also reduced the educational expenses of the child residing with the respondent from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.25,000/-.

3. The petitioner is complying with the said conditional order of this Court dated 08.06.2018 till date. It is also seen that the petitioner is taking care of all other needs of the child who is residing with the respondent.

4. This is only an interim arrangement. The H.M.O.P. itself is of the year 2015. Therefore, some relief can be afforded to the review petitioner by directing the Court below for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. Therefore, the Court below is directed to conclude the entire proceedings within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With these directions, the order impugned in the civil revision petition is confirmed and the civil revision petition is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
