C.M.P(MD)No.4294 of 2021 now, they are living together and hence, nothing survives in the appeal for further adjudication.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both side, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is also dismissed at the SR stage itself.
