Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus praying this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the pass orders forthwith on the proposal submitted by the 4th Respondent college dated 14-10-2019 along with the representation of the petitioner dated 15-11-2019.
