O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 23.12.2022, challenging the order of the 3rd respondent granting patta to the respondents 5 and 6.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents.

3. Admittedly the said appeal has been preferred in December 2022 and no further orders have been passed in the said appeal. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to hear the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 and 6 2/4

and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal, dated 23.12.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
