This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 26.04.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, she has made a complaint that she deposited money with the proposed accused and the proposed accused cheated the said amount. Hence, the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the respondents police. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, she has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the said Criminal Original Petition has been filed on 05.06.2018 before this Court. During the pendency of this Criminal Original Petition, on 07.06.2018, the petitioner appeared before the respondent police and gave a statement that she received a sum of Rs.7,000/- from the proposed accused and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

balance amount of Rs.12,600/- will be received on 31.08.2018 directly from the proposed accused and further stated that the allegation made in the complaint is exaggerated. Therefore, she wants to withdraw the said complaint and hence, the said complaint was closed.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum at a later stage.
