This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. Hence there is no question of harassment by the respondent.
