ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute.
2. According to the petitioner, there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and the second respondent in respect of patta to the property in S.No. 587, 588, 600, 601, 602/1 and 603/2 to an extent of 4.87 acres at Kulavanigarpuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District. While so, in respect of the above said lands, patta proceedings are pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli. In the meantime, the second respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the first respondent. Based on the same, the first respondent harassing the petitioner by interfering the civil dispute. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondent would submit that there is a property dispute pending between the parties and thereby, the second respondent lodged a complaint before the first respondent and based on the complaint, the first respondent 2/5
called the petitioner for enquiry and the same is pending. The first respondent has not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. However, he will complete the enquiry within two weeks.

Considering the prayer of the petitioner that the first respondent harassed the petitioner and the same was denied by the first respondent and only based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and the same is pending, it is for the first respondent to complete the enquiry within two weeks.
5. In view of the same, this Court directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry of the second respondent complaint within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
