This Criminal Original Petition filed by the petitioner, to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for PCR Cases), Tirunelveli to consider her bail application on the same day of her surrender in respect of Crime No.1 of 2012, on the file of the second respondent in P.R.C.No.36 of 2014 of pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli.
