ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner wants to facilitate the pathway to reach the Veterinary Hospital.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 6, on instructions, submitted that the gift deed has been given with respect to S.Nos.897/1 and 897/2 apart from mutating and sub-dividing S.No.897/2. Pursuant to the said action, steps are being taken to put up the road.

3.In view of the above said submission, we direct the official respondents to see to it that the road work is completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
