2. Mr.M.Rajarajan, Learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.
3. This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 27.04.2018.
4. Learned Government Advocate seeks time towards consideration of the representation.
5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Government Advocate, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 27.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
