ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 05.12.2014 issued by the first respondent. 3.Perusal of the said proceedings would show that the petitioner was only called upon to attend the enquiry which came to be held on 02.01.2015.

4.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the said proceedings, the petitioner has also attended the enquiry on 02.01.2015.

5.That being the factual position, I failed to understand as to how the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the impugned proceedings which is only calling upon him to appear for enquiry on 02.01.2015.

6.Considering the fact that the petitioner has also appeared on 02.01.2015, I find that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
