O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to appoint an independent Officer other than the second respondent and investigate and file a final report in Crime No.173 of 2016, dated 18.04.2016 on the file of the Sunchindram Police Station, Kanykumari District.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that major part of the investigation is over and they are going to file a final report in a short span of time.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent has not conducted the investigation in a proper manner and therefore, the petitioner gave a representation to the first respondent on 22.11.2016, which is not considered by the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the case in Crime No.173 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent.
