O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No. 20117 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the contemnor/second respondent appeared before this Court and stated that originally a case in Cr.No.153 of 2022 was registered on the basis of complaint given by Arputha Yogaraj, before the complaint given by the petitioner. During the course of investigation, so many persons were cheated by the accused. The petitioner is also one of the victims and his statement was recorded. In this case, final report is also filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 3.It is stated by the petitioner that he was not called for enquiry and no statement has been recorded from him. It is not correct on the face of records.
