ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondent to file final report in Crime No. 90 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 1/4
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, the present FIR has been registered. However, without conducting proper investigation the case is still pending. Hence, this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 90 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b),329(4), 324(4), 351(3) of BNS. The investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court. 4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
