O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.81/2011 dated 10.10.2011 on the file of the second respondent police and issue a direction to the concerned Court to complete the trial in S.C.No.62 of 2012 on the file of the Sessions Court, Sivagangai within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the occurrence had taken place in the year 2011 and despite filing of final report in the year 2012, there is no substantive progress for the past four years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the case is posted on 08.12.2016 for examination of L.Ws.1 to 9 and they are ready to complete the trial at the earliest.

4.In view of the above submissions, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial in S.C.NO.62 of 2012 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
