This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi to dispose of the case pending in C.C.No.235 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi within the time stipulated time.

2. Heard Mr.S.Karthick Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The case of the petitioners is that a false complaint was given against the petitioners and an FIR was registered in Crime No.50/2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC., on the file of the respondent police. He would further state that the first petitioner was selected as a Constable in Border Security Force and in view of the pendency of the criminal case, he is not able to join the duty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and the scope of enquiry in the criminal case pending, this court is inclined to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.235 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
