For Petitioner : Mr.G.Kasinathadurai For Respondents : Mr.T.Thevan, Standing Counsel.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner had availed loan from the respondent bank. The petitioner wants to close the same by entering into one time settlement. It is well settled that the Writ Court cannot give any direction in this regard. That apart, the petitioner's offer appears to be not that attractive. The learned standing counsel submits that since the petitioner's offer was rather low, it was rejected on 05.04.2024. It is stated that if the petitioner enhances her offer, the respondent will certainly consider the same.

3.With this liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent bank with a better offer, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 12.04.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias 2/4
