ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 24.04.2014. 2.Heard Mr.K.Rajeshwaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhurajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, she filed an appeal before the respondent against the order repudiating the claim of the petitioner on 24.04.2014 which is still pending. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Considering the fact that the appeal is pending from 2014 and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 24.04.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
