ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that already the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent and FIR in Crime No.70 of 2025 was registered. Similarly, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, FIR has been registered against the petitioner also. The second respondent has not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondents 3 and 4 inclined to pass orders.

4. According to the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 harassed the petitioner and the same was denied by the respondents 1 and 2. Therefore, recording the above said submission of the respondents 1 and 2, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
