Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to issue direction, directing the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner for running her shop namely 'New Siva Hardwares', situated at Chinna Keeramangalam, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District based on the complaint, dated 25.07.2016.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to provide police protection based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Sdie) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is the second wife of late.Muthu Marisamy and now there is a dispute between the first wife namely one Selvi and the petitioner. The said Selvi lodged a complaint against the petitioner on 10.07.2015 and the petitioner has also given a complaint on 25.07.2016 and both the complaints were enquired by the second respondent and based on their statement, both the complaints were closed on 16.11.2016 and if any fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint is given, they are ready to take action as per law.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
