Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner mentioned temple has already been removed. The petitioner seeks restoration. Admittedly, the structure is on a water body. Therefore, the relief of restoration cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
