ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the case in D.V.P.No.39 of 2016, on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Karur.

2. The petitioners are in-laws of the respondent. Since the allegations have been made against these petitioners also, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.39 of 2016 in respect of the petitioners.

3. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, as and when their presence is required. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P(MD) No.12024 of 2016 is closed.
