This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime NO.35 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Radhapuram Police Station, Tirunelveli District and complete the same within a time frame as specified by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered on 11.03.2015. The said case has been registered for offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 I.P.C. r/w Sections 3(1)(2), 3(1)(P) of SC/ST Act Amendment Ordinance P.O.Act 2014.

4.Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in the crime, it will take some time to complete the investigation by the first respondent and file final report. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to expedite the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
