ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner had purchased the petition mentioned plot from the mother of the fourth respondent vide sale deed dated 13.09.2021. The petitioner wants sub-division and issuance of separate patta. The petitioner has given application in this regard to the second respondent. 3.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
