ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that History Sheet is maintained against the petitioner in H.S.No.119 of 2002 and only for surveillance purpose, enquiry has been undertaken, except that there was no proposal to initiate the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C.

3. The Histroy Sheet maintained against the petitioner is still in force. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the retention of the above said History Sheet, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Except surveillance, no other harrasment is made to the petitioner.

4. Recording the statement given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed as unnecessary.
