This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members from peaceful possession and enjoyment of their house and adjacent farming lands by the officials of Azhagiyapandipuram Forest Range Office, Kanyakumari District based on the complaint dated 03.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has encroached the government land and he was called for only enquiry and hence, there is no question of harassment by the respondent. 4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
