ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2169 of 2025, dated 03.02.2025.
2. Mr.P.Veerapandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for 1/3
relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition without any violation.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(ii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 03.02.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2169 of 2025, is hereby fully relaxed.
