O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct lighting Kabadi competition programme held on 07.07.2018 at about 09.00 p.m, to 08.07.2018 at about 09.00 a.m., along with necessary sound service at Vayalnambikulam, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representations dated 12.06.2018 and 22.06.2018 respectively, for conducting Kabadi https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

competition at Vayalnambikulam, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner's representation is pending for consideration, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.Considering the above submissions made on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 05.07.2018 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
