O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting village level flood light Kabadi Tournament to be held on 30.06.2018 at about 09.00 p.m., to 01.07.2018 at about 09.00 p.m., in Ambedkar Kabadi Ground, Maradi Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2018 submitted before the respondents.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 21.06.2018 for conducting village level flood light Kabadi Tournament in Ambedkar Kabadi Ground, Maradi Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner's representation is pending for consideration, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.Considering the above submissions made on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 29.06.2018 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
