This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.5 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Mr.Balamurugan, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent is also present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent raised objection with regard to some factual aspects that have been taken place subsequent to the complaint. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner himself seeks permission to withdraw this petition, the matter cannot be kept pending at the instance of the fifth respondent herein. The fifth respondent can work out his remedy as per law, in the pending enquiry.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
