This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.11.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 16.11.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
