It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.11.2016 under relevant penal provisions and also under SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act within the time limit as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
