ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner has filed an appeal before the second respondent and he wants the same to be expeditiously dispose of. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 2/4
twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents 4 to 7 will have to be necessarily heard before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The only direction that has now been given is for expeditious disposal of the petition mentioned appeal.
