Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action against the illegal functioning of the brick kiln, which runs in and around Sivagiri Village, Tenkasi District and consequently, direct the respondents to stop the illegal mining in the tanks situated in and around Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District, by using free pass issued under Rule 12 and 12 (2A) (a) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Minerals Concession Rules.
