This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.3391 of 2025, dated 24.02.2025 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Principal Judge, NDPS Court, Madurai. 1/3

2. Mr.M. Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner was affected by severe viral fever and she could not arrange sureties, she was not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 08.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3391 of 2025, dated 24.02.2025.
