ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1, A2 and A4, in Crime No.44 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w Section 34 of I.P.C, which is now pending in C.C.No.51 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that due to absence of the petitioners, non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners by the trial Court on 12.07.2017.

4. Considering the fact that non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners for their absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil, and to file a petition for recalling the warrant within 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the learned Magistrate, is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the same on the same day and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
