2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 04.01.2016, it appears to be purely a civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite parties. It does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence to this Court to direct the respondent police to register a case.
