ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue equivalence certificate as per the proceedings of the second respondent dated 02.01.2013 in respect of M.A.English with Computer Application degree certificate to that of M.A.English Course. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Today it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent that already equivalence committee

has been constituted and only a report has to be sent by the said committee.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is seeking for equivalence certificate and such request is pending from January 2013 onwards, I direct the respondents to consider the said request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
