Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is involved in a case of sand theft and petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner.
